Donovan Mitchell scored a franchise-record 71 points as the Cavaliers overcame an 18-point halftime deficit to defeat the Bulls 145-134 in overtime. Mitchell also contributed 11 assists and eight rebounds, shooting 22-34 from the field — including 7-15 from 3-point range — and 20-25 from the free throw line.
Mitchell became the seventh player in NBA history to record a 70-point game (a total of 12 instances):
